security
We don’t recommend coming to the circuit with young children for health and safety reasons, particularly due the high noise levels. Ear protection is highly recommended.
Under-16s must be accompanied by at least one ticket-holding adult at all times, both at the circuit and at the campsites.
Children who come to the gates alone may be refused entry and required to wait with security staff for an adult to come and collect them.
All children are issued with an identity wristband.
Parents or guardians are strongly advised to write the child’s name and a contact number on the wristband.

There will be several types of security check at the site entrance, including a visual inspection of jackets and bags, metal screening devices and a security pat-down. To facilitate these checks, we kindly ask you to open your bag before presenting it to the official, and then to open your jacket.
To facilitate your admission to the circuit, please prepare your Admission ticket before you get to the gate and be ready to present proof of identity.
Let’s all keep our eyes open. Security is everyone’s business.
National security measures are currently in force. As such, we urge you to:
- Comply with security instructions and internal regulations
- Report any suspicious behaviour or abandoned luggage to the reception and security staff
- Keep your personal belongings with you at all times
The ACO will maintain its security arrangements as it welcomes spectators to its races. Security checks are carried out for access to the circuit and campsites, including vehicle and bag searches. These measures may entail queues.
National security measures are enforced at the circuit and we do our utmost to ensure safety. Please do your bit too. Don’t hesitate to tell a member of staff if you see something suspicious.
