The official ticket sales for the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans will open on November 6 for ACO Members and on November 13 for the general public.
You can purchase your tickets on our official website, or in our official stores located in Le Mans, Tours, Paris, and Rouen, as well as through our official agencies.

To download your ticket, please check your confirmation order sent by email. In this email, you will find conditions under which your tickets will be made available:
- M-tickets: your ticket will be available on your mobile phone via our official app LeMans Tickets (details to come)
- Post: if you chose to have your tickets sent to you using secure post (DHL - additional charge), our service provider will email you to let you know when your letter has been picked up for delivery.
To ensure that as many people as possible have a chance of attending the event, the number of tickets is limited:
- ACO Members: you can purchase up to 4 tickets per buyer (including 2 at a discount price)
- General public: you can buy up to 4 tickets per buyer.

Due to the nature of the passes (hospitality/paddock), they are sent via secure delivery (DHL) up to one week before the event begins. For last-minute orders, the passes will be available in a sealed envelope to be collected at the Accreditation Center upon presentation of a valid ID.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account.
If you have not received the email, a typo may have prevented the confirmation from being sent or your inbox may have blocked the incoming email.

The Green Ticket is a reduced-price ticket for people who use low-carbon transport (electric or hybrid vehicles, train, or tram or bicycle (for local residents)) or who carpool to travel to the race.

The Green Ticket rate is applied to Admission only tickets: Week, Weekend, Wednesday Trials, Thursday Trials, 2 Day Trials and Sunday.
With the Green Ticket, you receive a unique 10% discount on your ticket if you go to the 24 Hours of Le Mans in a virtuous main transport (under conditions - from your main residence to the 24 Hours of Le Mans).
For every purchase of a Green Ticket, 1€ is donated to the association Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque and an Ecocup® is offered (within the limits of available stocks).
Tickets are available on our official online sales site and accessible only in digital format.
The Green Ticket offer is limited to 2 tickets per buyer.
When your order is finalized you will automatically receive an email of order confirmation.

Following your order, you will be asked to declare your main mode of transport (from your principal place of residence) and bring the corresponding supporting documents. If you do not provide the requested information, your ticket will be invalidated and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Your digital ticket will be downloaded according to the information sent by email and validated only if you have submitted the requested documents.
The banknote may be transferred to a third party at the same or no change in value. We recommend you to use the official resale platform in case of unavailability.
A Green Ticket entitles you to 10% off your admission price.

After receiving the refusal email, you can again download the voucher.
If you are unable to provide the requested proof, you should check the box indicating that you cannot justify your eligibility.

The Single Entry ticket is free for children under 16 on the day of the race, accompanied by at least one adult with an Entry ticket. Please provide a proof with name, first name, photo and date of birth to be presented directly at the entrances of the circuit.
A wristband will be given to them, on which you can provide their identity and your phone number.
An adult can access with a maximum of 4 children aged - 16.
The supporting documents will be specified according to your declaration of the main mode of transport on the Green Ticket justification platform (vehicle registration document, transport card, train ticket, proof of address, etc.).
If you have received the rejection email, you can upload the correct proof.
If you are unable to provide the requested proof, you need to tick the box indicating that you are unable to justify your eligibility. If your file is not settled, your tickets will be invalid without possibility of refund.
Yes, there are 5 VIP packages that offer access to high-end shared hospitality areas, a full activity program, exclusive trackside views, and beverage and catering services. You can view them and get in touch with the Hospitality team here:
No, grandstand seats are only available as part of an Entry + Grandstand Pack. Your seat is reserved and numbered for Saturday and Sunday of the race, and can be combined with a Week, Weekend, or Paddock Gridwalk access. Please note that grandstands are freely accessible during the practice sessions and on Friday.
Seats are not allocated by name, but they are numbered. Please sit in the seat corresponding to the number on your ticket.

Our areas are accessible to cars, motorhomes, caravans, and motorcycles.
Please note that all your equipment must fit within a space of 35 m², including the vehicle. If you anticipate needing more space, please purchase the necessary number of spots.
Note that in the Hippodrome area, 30 m² spots are not suitable for motorhomes or caravans, and car parking is available nearby.
Our reception areas are equipped with sanitation blocks and showers.
However, they do not have electrical hookups; only small generators are allowed. For safety reasons, it is prohibited to connect to the electrical equipment provided by the organization.

ABSENCE OF COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under article L.121-21-8 of the French consumer code, the cooling-off period, during which a purchase can be cancelled, does not apply to leisure activities on a specified date.
Yes, tickets are transferable. However, it is forbidden to resell a ticket for more than its face value.
