Video games: get the Corvette C7.R for Project Cars

The Chevrolet Corvette C7.R that was victorious in the LM GTE Pro class at the 2015 Le Mans 24 Hours is now available in driving game Project Cars.

Motor racing sim Project Cars (for PC, PS4 and Xbox One) was first released in 2015 and regularly rolls out new downloadable content. After the Japanese Car Pack, including the 2014 World Endurance Champion (WEC) Toyota TS040 and the Renault Sports Car Pack with the 1978 Le Mans-winning Renault Alpine A442, the Corvette is just one of the cars in the latest On Demand content update.

The C7.R in its stand-out yellow livery will be available to download in a US Car Pack from 1 March. It is bundled with a Cadillac ATS-VR GT3, a Dallara DW12 Indycar and a 2016 Ford Fusion Stockcar. So now’s your chance to take to the wheel of the Corvette C7 R, the superb American race car launched in 2014 and that already boasts an impressive trophy haul. Its latest successes include a 1-2 finish at the last Rolex 24 at Daytona and it certainly intends to defend its Le Mans title in this year’s race in June.

It will be added to the GT class in Project Cars alongside other cars seen at Le Mans such as the BMW M3 GT and Aston Martin Vantage GTE, as well as the Audi R18 and Toyota TS040 Hybrid prototypes, and the Aston Martin DBR1-2, BMW V12 LMR and Sauber C9.
