The ADR Delta Oreca 03 - Nissan enters scrutineering

The # 25 ADR Delta Oreca 03-Nissan enters scrutineering on the picturesque Place de la Republique at 15.15.

Alan Docking Racing and motorsport engineering company Delta have teamed up for a season of LMP2 and have aspirations to move to LMP1. The team finished 2nd in class at Spa with a line up of Tor Graves (the first Thai driver at Le Mans since Prince Bira in 1954), John Martin and Robbie Kerr, who was replaced at the 11th hour for Le Mans by Jan Charouz.

Tor Graves is excited about his first Le Mans start: "Everyone in Thailand is getting very excited about the race.  I am the first Thai driver to race here since Prince Bira in 1954, almost 60 years ago, and I’m really looking forward to it. Having seen the track for the first time at the test day, I have to say I love it.  I think it’s one of the last of the old school circuits with a series of different speed corners, very challenging.  We were concentrating on trying to gather data at the test, going through a schedule of things but of course everyone wants to go quick!  Having Jan with us will be great; it’s his sixth Le Mans so we’ll use all that experience to help us along.”
