This was the first time at the 24 Hours of Le Mans for RLR M Sport/Tower Events. The British team started from 24th on the grid, after Norman Nato clocked a time of 3:28.803 in qualifying. RLR M Sport/Tower Events ran into several issues during the race, including a spin off track for Arjun Maini at Tertre Rouge on Saturday evening. Nonetheless, at one point the #43 Oreca 07-Gibson managed to climb up to the 19th spot in the overall standings. However, the British team was forced to retire early after engine failure with three and half hours to go in the race. Norman Nato said:“This was only my second 24 Hours of Le Mans and I learnt a lot, especially about tyre and fuel management and about driving in the rain. We made a lot of progress during the race and we had good pace.”
