Henri Pescarolo has lost no time getting on with recreating his team. Just a week after the announcement of his partnership with vehicle inspection giant Autovision, the four-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is already up to speed in his premises.

To give weight to the rebirth of the Pescarolo, a communications took place on Tuesday, 6th November. The program for this day of short meetings with the press followed by a meeting with representatives of Autovision the new partner of Pescarolo Team, through whose significant contribution made alongside the Department of the Sarthe and Motul will help the team's activities to resume in early January 2011.

Once the team of a dozen people is assembled and various technical decisions made, the iconic endurance team hopes back on track with, an LM P1 prototype. At a minimum, the 2011 program should allow the entry of a car in the Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

But Henri Pescarolo hopes to take advantage of this new start to convince other financial partners, enabling him to run a second car.

His incredible popularity should help. It was by seeing the beautiful story of friendship that allowed him to regain his premises after the judicial sale on 15th October at Pescarolo Sport. After his friends Jacques Nicolet and Joël Rivière bid on all lots proposed for $400,000 then handed the keys to Henri. Pascal Karras, Chair of Autovision saw the story unfold and had the idea of this partnership. The renewal of Team Pescarolo also has a great popular appeal, launched in late October subscribers have already generated some 20,000 euros in donations and contributions up to the 15th of November.
