24 Hours of Le Mans Free Practice
The drivers of the 62 cars entered in the 89th 24 Hours of Le Mans will have five hours on track from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to midnight to tweak their settings ahead of the big day. They’ll be putting in long stints and testing fuel consumption, with some teams putting the car through its paces and aiming for their best lap time to gauge the car’s potential on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
24 Hours of Le Mans Qualifying
The qualifying session, held from 19:00 to 20:00, is the first highlight of the week, with drivers setting out to clock the fastest lap time. The first six drivers in each class will qualify to take part in the Hyperpole the next day.
Road to Le Mans
GT3 and LMP3 cars get their moment of glory. Competitors from all over the world will join the usual Michelin Le Mans Cup line-up to form the largest field of the 2021 season. There will be two hour-long free practices sessions: the first from 10:30 to 11:30 and the second from 20:30 to 21:30.
Fun Cup
The Fun Cup makes its début this year, giving amateur drivers the chance to take part in an endurance race on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit for the first time! The legendary racetrack will be taken over by 100 Beetles for two free practice sessions and a qualifying session. Definitely a sight worth seeing!
