Since 1923 and the first running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the legacy of the greatest endurance race in the world has been continuously crafting itself. Endless documents, items, videos and photos have been amassed, carefully preserved by casual spectators and die-hard fans alike. At this year's 9th edition of the Le Mans Classic, the ACO's Commission Histoire et Patrimoine is launching a major archive collection operation. The ACO, by way of the 24 Hours of Le Mans museum, is offering to put your collections on display!
If you are interested, send an email to heritage@lemans.org to (in English or in French), then the ACO's Commission Histoire et Patrimoine will contact you directly.
