24 Hours of Le Mans Test Day
With Scrutineering in the rearview, it's time for the 186 drivers to get behind the wheel and set their marks, make first adjustments and deal with any initial problems. The teams will make sure to give each driver track time, and fine-tune their cars during the laps. Data will be collected throughout the day making for plenty of work for the engineers in the coming days.
Ligier European Series
Created in 2020, the Ligier European Series is a one-make series for the futuristic looking sport-prototype Ligier JS P4 and the small Ligier JS2 R, a GT designed specifically for racing. The race at Le Mans is the third of six rounds on the 2023 calendar. These competitors will hit the track between the two 24 Hours Test Day sessions.
The 24 Hours of Le Mans Centenary exhibition
The grand 24 Hours of Le Mans Centenary exhibition will be open to the public every day of Race Week. The installation highlights 86 outstanding cars: 65 winners and 21 cars that otherwise made history at the 24 Hours. Organised in collaboration with Peter Auto, the exhibition takes visitors through 100 years of history including the evolution of the circuit, records set and major events that marked the race.
Reconstruction of the Pontlieue turn
