The ACO is looking to add short-term new hires to its staff for the 2020 24 Hours of Le Mans (aged 18-64, young retirees, students, etc.). Assisting and welcoming the public to the circuit is a top priority.
Position to be filled:
Reception and monitoring personnel with three main responsibilities:
- To welcome spectators at the entrances to the circuit and in areas open to the public.
- To protect the perimeter of the track by guiding the public towards appropriate zones and to enforce the rules of access to sensitive areas.
- To provide operational support to senior staff during events by actively participating in the smooth running of any given event and by assisting in protocol procedures.
Applications are available at https://recrutement.lemans.org only.
Candidates will be required to take part in one of four recruiting forums scheduled between early July and the end of August.
Each forum, to be held at the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit in the Welcome Center, will have a two-part programme: the presentation of available posts then scenario workshops in small groups (all in compliance with social distancing and ensuring the safety of candidates and recruiters).
Each candidate will be contacted within 48 hours following submission of his/her application.
